How does the support work
Support is provided on a "per ticket basis"
If you purchase "one ticket" the ticket must only include one technical issue and not multiple issues.
If you require support for another issue you must purchase another ticket.
Support Ticket Example
If you would like us to setup and enable search engine friendly URL's for Joomla this would be classed as one ticket.
No further support will be provided beyond the scope of the ticket unless you have purchased another support ticket.
After you have purchased a support ticket (s) we will provide you with a user name and password where you will be required to log into the website in order to open a support ticket
What is the cost per ticket
The cost per ticket is 49 Euros per ticket.
If we fail to resolve the technical issue included in the ticket you have opened within 24 hours you will receive a full refund. You are responsible for providing us with access to the website and responding to ticket updates in a timely manner.
Service level Agreement
You will receive a response to the ticket you open at the website within 8 hours between the hours of 8 AM GMT - 6 PM GMT Monday - Friday.
In order to provide you with the support to resolve the issue we may require
- Joomla administrator access.
- FTP access.
- Web hosting control panel access to the website.
You will receive a full and final fix for the issue included within the ticket with 24 hours.
The following items are not included in the support service.
- Joomla migrations.
- Joomla upgrades form 1.5, 2.5 to 3.x
- Hacked websites.
- Website recovery (files or mysql ) from backups.
- Website speed optimization.
- SEO optimization.
- Joomla or Virtuemart training.
